More than 200 colleges, universities still accepting students for fall

More than 200 colleges and universities around the country still have space for freshmen and transfers this fall — and they also have some financial aid and housing available too, a new survey shows. The list is the result of a survey conducted by the National Association for College Admissions Counseling and can be found here

The schools — 28 percent public and 72 percent private — include the University of Maryland, the University of Florida, the University of Arizona, the University of Michigan at Dearborn, St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Mary Baldwin College in Virginia, Morehouse College, two branches of Indiana University, Frostburg State University in Maryland, the University of the District of Columbia, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Trinity Washington University in D.C., Southern Methodist University in Texas.
